Also since you are exercising regularly, the intake should increase accordingly. Sometimes our body fools us to think we are hungry when we are in actuality thirsty. If you are smart you will fool the body and drink water throughout the day. You will find a number of apps available online that remind you to drink water at regular intervals throughout the day.

 

With the hectic schedules of the modern day, most of us skip our breakfast. However, it is vital not to do so, if you are trying to lose weight. After a restful night, your glucose levels need a jump and breakfast helps your body to wake up and gear up for the hectic day. So the next time you skip your breakfast say goodbye to your weight loss.
